Excellent relief
Got this for my wife who has a sinus infection. Well packaged with clear instructions on the box. It was nice to see the instructions were also printed in small writing on the face mask itself for when the box get lost. The mask needs left in the freezer for at least 2 hours prior to cold use. For sinus relief it is simply heated for approx 45 seconds in the microwave. It comes out surprisingly hot but can be handed without incident. My wife found it provided swift relief from the sinus pain. It is secures with an adjustable velcro strap which works relatively well or can be held on the face while lying down. It is claimed to stay hot for approx 20 mins which seems about right. Well worth the money if your suffering!

More than good enough.
I've been suffering from TMJ and needed a convenient size ice pack to place on my jaw to help with the swelling. Although this is more designed for arms and legs, it is just the right size to press against my jaw. One of the reviews on here says that it doesn't stay cold for any more than ten minutes but my own experience is that it stays cold for more than the 20 minutes stated. I haven't tried it as a hot pack but as a cold pack it is ideal.

Quality easy to use and works
I suffer from shin splint pain and wanted something to cool my shins when they hurt. The cooling packs are great. The straps hold in place really well and have a good adjustability range. They are comfortable to wear and easy to attach. You can still move easily with them on. Much better than ice packs you have to hold in place. It's really helped with the pain. There are just two key negative points - they don't stay very cool for as long as traditional ice packs. - they do drip a bit from any ice and condensation on the outside when freezing. I would however recommend.

Does the job
Having recently started up jogging again, I suffered the return of the dreaded shin splints to the extent I had to significantly reduce the time & distance I was jogging, at a time I was gradually trying to increasing my work out to get fitter. After reading some reviews I was slightly worried about the wraps not being cold for long enough and relieving the pain. I’m not sure what the ideal time is, but for me the these wraps made the difference between having to stop jogging, and being able to carry on, significanlty reducing the pain to un noticeable levels. They are only ice cold for around 10 minutes, but for me this appears to be enough, and I use them after every jog post shower. I couldn’t recommend these more highly for any runner who is suffering this very annoying lower leg pain.

Provides relief for tennis elbow
Haven't tried microwaving it for heat treatment but this works as a cold treatment for tennis elbow. The velcro strap works well to hold it in place and you soon forget you are wearing it. Not too cold straight from the freezer (the instructions say put it in a sealed bag to freeze). In terms of cost, it does has the same theraputic effect as using a small bag of frozen peas but it takes some ingenuity to construct a strap to hold a bag of peas against your elbow with material between (a bag of peas is too cold against the skin). So if you are a regular sufferer give this a try. If you go down the frozen veg route, try using something you won't accidentally subsequently eat - for me that's sweetcorn!

Strap in wrong place
I really liked the idea of this mask, I thought it would be ideal for post Botox/filler which I suffer bruising from. Unfortunately the strap is positioned very low and even when adjusted as small as possible it still slips down because it’s positioned more on the back of my neck than my head. It’s still possible to use when reclined but I bought this especially and paid more than a normal gel mask for the convienience of being able to wear it around the house all the time covering my full face, as it is I have to remove it when I stand up or it slips down. Aside from this it appears to be a good quality item but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Good quality
I’ve used this mini ice pack for a couple years now when my little one had a little bump. I store it in the fridge so it’s not too cold and it works well

Una maravilla de compra y envío súper rápido. La utilizo cuando tengo migrañas pero tiene muchos usos y ademas se puede calentar y enfriar para hacer diferentes tipos de tratamiento. De 10!!!!

I intended to use this primarily as a cold wrap around the knees (for reducing pain after surgery). I have two major complaints against this product. The "pearls" that is used for filling doesn't get as cold as some of the other cold packs which we have and quickly returns to room temperature. Hardly useful beyond using a cucumber from the fridge. The number of pearls in each of the packets is very sparse.....maybe an artefact of cost cutting. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone looking for serious pain control. Instead go for some blue gel based cold pack gel which remains liquid even after freezing.

I bought one for my 3 year old and one for my two year old. They love them. It's the first thing they ask for when they get hurt. They aren't too cold to put directly on little one's skin which is great. They don't stay cool for very long but the texture and cuteness of the ice pack makes for further distraction cancels out the need for a long standing cold pack. It's a great product and a must in every parent arsenal.
