Where is the quality and care when designing such items and then finally dispatching to customers?!
It's an ok contraption.... But the quality is abit poor! Mine arrived and allll the "padding" (if you can call it that, being SOOO mega thin) was torn and it was scratched up... Was very disappointed, although it works, more effort could/should have been made for padded comfort etc...
