Oh my husband and I so love this book. It has enabled us to connect in such a such a deep almost spiritual way whilst benefitting from the therapeutic affect of having a massage. We were a bit clumsy and hesitant at first mind you, we are learning, but it was worth getting the massage table down from storage. The table is staying out now . Can't wait for the kids to go to bed, then we make time for ourselves..Thanks Helen .

The author shares her years of experience as a Massage Therapist she explains exactly what to do, give it a go, it will definitely be worth it.

Great book, easy to follow even if you have never given a massage before! Must try for all couples.
