Love this book! So much info, just about everything to know about learning free diving ! Some things are very detailed which I love and has illustrations of the practices. I would recommend to anyone interested in free diving !

I learned so much reading this book. It covers literally the A-Z of free diving, filled with facts, figures and everything you need to know to become a very good free driver. The only feedback I would give is to make this book shorter, as there was a lot of material that could’ve been condensed in length.

The Bible of Freediving. A must have for anyone wanting to be serious about Freediving. Some say they don't like all the detail that the book goes into which I just don't understand why the complaints. I found it fascinating and it has definitely taught me a lot I didn't know. Excellent vook
