IT REALLY WORKS! GET IT! TRY IT!
I have to admit, I have taken a lot of different types of curcumin from different companies and had not ever tried the one with BCM-95, I had no idea what that even meant. I'm 55 and I lift weights and over all in great health, but my knees were always experiencing some sort of discomfort. I've only taken this for about a little over a week and to my surprise, I don't have as much discomfort anymore and I have increased my weight in my weight training. Another thing I've noticed is my bowels, I have a lot of issues and that too has improved. I got to researching this BCM-95 and I was shocked to see what all it helps. I looked it up because my bowels were improved and I couldn't figure out what I did different... this product is what helped me in both those areas. :)) I am very please and will continue to order!!

It works
I've only taken a few of these twice a week and i have seen immediate results with my ibd, definitely consult your doctor first as I personally am not taking medications at the moment, only multivitamins and kefir.

Digestive problems with this
After doing my research, this was the most potent turmeric available. The problem is that it caused digestive issues. I took just one pill with lunch and by evening I had massive gas -- and for hours. I gave it a week or so with hopes that my body would adjust, but no luck. Unfortunately, I won't be taking it any longer.
