Tetra Aquarium High-Performance Heater HT50 with Different Power Settings

Super easy to set up and accurate to boot. I think that is probably all you need in a small aquarium heater.It took 30 seconds to set the temp and install, and once I have given it a few hours to get up to temp, have found that it have remained spot on since then.This is in contrast with a couple of much more expensive heaters with low water alarms and external controls ... which seem to be 4 - 5c too hot!!!! for the selected temp.The Tetra unit seems to be good quality and just works ... I'm sure that I can just fit and forget, and rely on the HT200 doing its job.Good kit.

After wading through reviews, this seems to be cruising through heating a 250L tank and keeping it at a steady temperature. I got it in despair after having had a fixed temp Tetra for 2 years (still works fine). I have been less lucky with my Eheim for the 50L tank which shows ridiculous fluctuations. Bottom line: nobody seems to quality test any more they just leave it to the user who will hopefully not have any dead fish to show for it. My personal experience leans in favour of Tetra.

I bought this heater as an emergency backup, so I’ve not tried it fully, but the quality is evident, just needs a cage to protect it once inside the tank.

My fishes have never been happier. Before I installed this heater they were acting quite apathetic. I really didnt know what to do...I was at a loss. I sought council, I got them on a healthy diet, played chill tunes. I went out on a limb and got this heater because of the good reviews. I cant say enough about how ths has affected their whole life experience. Its like Ibiza in the aquarium now. They are off the hook parting all night long. I mean...seriously partying. Umbrellas in their drinks ...little straws floating at the top of the tank in the morning. I dont think they like me much anymore but they seem happy. I guess thats the most important thing. They are fish afterall.

I had difficulty sourcing a supplier who had this product in stock and came across this supplier.Delivery was swift in that it turned up well within the estimated delivery time.On inspection, the Heater was the genuine article and is working perfectly well so I have some very happy fish in my tank now.Many thanks for your prompt service and I shall certainly be ordering from you again.

After returning various, more expensive units due to poor performance this Tetra HT100 performs Well, keeps temperature within 0.5° of desired temp and looks well in aquarium as colour and design allows it to blend in with planted area etc... Would recommend happily! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bought it for my 25l Betta tank. Arrived on time, well packaged, easy to set to the temperature I need, sticks to glass well. Great little heater

So disappointed with this heater; I trusted the brand but I won't recommend; the heater in the first order didn't work, so ordered a replacement: when arrived worked for 3 minutes and suddenly stopped, never worked again. I did return both and asked for a refund. Such a waste of time.
