I have had this convertible purse backpack for almost a year, and use it almost every day. Despite its constant use it still looks brand new, without any flaws, rips or breakage. It is extremely well made and durable. If there is such a thing as a perfect purse, this is it. It has lots of storage space and pockets without being bulky or unwieldy and is a beautiful colour and fabric. It very easily converts from crossbody or shoulder bag to backpack. There are absolutely no complaints I have about this backpack purse. I just wish I had discovered it sooner!

I just received my bag today. It looks just like the image on Amazon. It is a little bigger than I expected, but in the long run this is a good thing. My 14" laptop will fit in it comfortably and still have plenty of room for regular purse items. My phone is on the larger side, but it will easily fit in one of the side pouches. There are plenty of compartments to put essentials. I will be using a small zipper bag to keep some items handy and organized. There is plenty of room for me to carry my umbrella and even put my lunch bag inside when needed for work. I love that I will be able to use the bag as a backpack, shoulder bag, or crossbody. I haven't actually used it but did try it out and seems comfortable each way. Finally, I really like how the company is striving for sustainability, supports artists and the environment. I think this bag is worth the money!

Sakroots quality has really gone downhill the last years. Within a week of very lightly using this bag the stitching was already starting to pull out on the sides. I returned it. It’s a beautiful bag but sadly not made to last.
