These are the second pack off batteries I have bought, because I have a lot of furby toys and must say they are very very good. They lasted longer than the other pack I bought so these are the best battery packs I've bought great value and last well and recommend these for toy use

Arrived quickly and anticipate good performance for the price paid but not used yet.

The cells are good value and have a reasonable lifespan.

I opted for these Varta cells over the Energizers I've previously used. Why? These claim to be leak-proof, something the Energizer and Duracell cells I've purchased in the past have not managed.At around 37p per cell (£14.99 for the pack of 40), these are a little more expensive than the Energizers (which with their 5% discount were just under 33p each).The packaging shows a best before date of 06-2036, which is 10.5 years from the time of this review. The cells have PD1123 printed on them, which I'm assuming is a production date of Nov 2023 or the 11th week in 2023. Either way, an excellent date; these clearly haven't been sitting in a warehouse for years.I checked a number of cells and they came out with a healthy open circuit voltage of 1.64v (±5mV) and performed well under load.I'll update this review if I have any issues, but based on the good reputation of Varta I don't anticipate the need will arise.6 month update: No regrets, no leaks, stable performance (equal drain across used cells) - all good.

Been using Varta for years; capacity has always met expectations and they've never leaked. Shelf life good.

I have tried lots of different batteries and these last almost as long as the premium ones but at far less cost. Will buy these again when I need.

Using these in an old 90’s rc car and they seem to have good power and last for slightly longer than other brands I’ve tried.

went with these purely by brand ,, been good but have had a few questionable lasting issues on Oculus controllers , as in ,"didnt i change these lately ,, couldn't be gone already " kind of moment .
