Deep Tissue Massage Ball - Dr. Cohen’s Heatable acuBall for Muscle Stress & Pain

I try to do quite a bit of excercise but can suffer from freqent back and leg pain. I've tried most products out there and have found the Acuball to be the only one so far that provides real relief from pain. It took a bit of getting used to but I now seem to have better freedom of movement and quicker recovery. £31 very well spent!

This is an amazing product. I have been using an Acuball every day for about a year and swear by it. As a Personal Trainer it maintains my flexibility and is a tremendous boost to my performance. I have now bought Acuballs to use with my clients as an integral part of their warm up sessions - they love it too!

Bought this after using a tennis ball on my upper back and found the principle worked. Once warmed and tight spots found, I have found this to be very good. It can be painful whilst lying on it but once through the initial discomfort I found it to be very effective. Definitely recommend this. Even downloaded the app for info which is pretty good too.

This ball is amazing. It's hard as a rock and takes some practice and getting used to, but it relieves my deep muscular pain every time. I am a qualified masseuse and I highly recommend this ball.

I have arthritis in my back and get huge pain relief from this ball, placing it behind the middle of my back against the chair back. Beware to not mark the chair. Has drastically reduced the amount of pain relief I need to take and great for use at work.

....should have listened to the other reviews on the net...after about 10 uses sprung a leak...followed instructions to the letter...good idea but poor quality.

I'm a massage therapist and I've used the plastic spiky balls a lot. This is way better as it doesn't squash. I got rid of my sacroiliac pain after a night out dancing. Highly recommended.

Achtung meine Bewertung bezieht sich weniger auf das Produkt als auf die zugesendete Variante. Bis zur Lieferung vergingen 5 Tage. Das sollte heute schneller gehen. Egal was aber wirklich ungünstig war ... das gelieferte Produkt wurde nur in Französisch beschrieben. Produktverpackung und Anleitung komplett in Französisch. Keine deutsche oder wenigstens englische Beschreibung lag bei. Dank der für den nicht Französisch sprechenden Benutzer lesbaren Warnhinweise ist mir der Ball gleich beim erwärmen kaputt gegangen. Zum Ball selbst. Dieser ist fantastisch. Hab ihn mal bei einer Bekannten ausprobiert und war begeistert.
