Why is my touchscreen not working?

If your touchscreen becomes unresponsive after double-clicking the trackpad, AssistiveTouch must be disabled. To turn it off, go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > Turn off "AssistiveTouch".

I can’t connect the keyboard to my iPad. How do I connect it?

To enter pairing mode, short press right option + B (left option + B doesn't put the keyboard into pairing mode) and select “ESR KEYBOARD” from list of available Bluetooth devices.
