Q: Is the SDS+ 80mm Tile Removing chisel straight or slightly offset/angled (some tile chisels are)?

this SDS+ chisel is slightly angled and is great for removing tiles

Q: What is the diameter of the shank which fits in the drill 10mm?

The chuck end of this chisel is not a "plain" round shank but profiled to push fit into standard SDS plus chuck.

Q: Is this any good for stripping rough casting?

Dunno what rough casting is, but I used it to take a bathroom back to the brick and it did a great job even when just coupled with a cheap Screwfix GBH2000 drill. It even managed the thick cement used to hold the tiles around the bath.

Q: Does it fit into an electric drill

As others have said No. However because it's a spade SDS bit you also need an SDS drill with a 'rotary stop' feature (i.e. the hammer action works without the chuck rotating). NOT all SDS power tools have this feature.
