I really appreciate that these pastilles cover both chesty and dry coughs, as it saves having multiple different bottles in the medicine cabinet. The quality is excellent—they have a pleasant herbal taste and provide a soothing coat for the throat almost immediately. Being non-drowsy is a huge plus for me, as I can take them during the day while looking after my son or driving. They are incredibly easy to use and much more convenient than carrying around a bottle of cough syrup.

I swear by these bronchostop pastilles. They're made of thyme extract, which has a better flavour than the overly sweet or lemony alternatives in my opinion, but it's definitely not to everyone's taste. The strips in this pack tear in half so you can carry them in your wallet/purse and that half strip of 5 will last you all day if used as directed. If I ever have a cough that's doing my nut in, I'll take one of these and forget about it for the next few hours. 100% recommended.

I can only give 4 stars as this was one of the worst things I have ever tasted! I'd had a chesty, and also tickly, cough for a few days so thought something herbal and relieving might work. It did.......but I only had the bare minimum of them as (although they do say they are thyme) the taste was overwhelming. I might as well have opened the herb jar and taken a spoonful! They really did work and once you can get over the taste it is worth it.

These really work. Someone recommended these to me two years ago I tried them and they really soothe a cough and are marvellous if away with aircon. Delivery was on time and a great price for 40

These are my go too whenever I have any type of tickle, or cough, they are fab! Taste a bit grim, but they definitely work!

My niece living in Spain recommended these and we found them on Amazon- so far we find that these suppress a cough and help speed up recovery. They are a cross between a lozenge and a gummy so you can chew or let dissolve- try them!

Bronchostop really helps soothe your cough whether it’s just a tickle or a deep cold/flu cough. Taste is different but not medicinal I personally like the taste. I would buy again and I am recommending this product

These work super well. Nothing would make my lingering cough go away. It just kept going for months. A friend let me try just one sleeve while I was on vacation and by the time I got to the last one, my cough was completely gone. I thought the taste was fine. I hate super sweet cough drops so these were good for me. They are a bit gelatinous and not hard like typical drops. I just sucked on it till gone and that was it.
