The media could not be loaded. Both my cats started using it as soon as I put it together yesterday. It was easy to assemble as well.I do think this product is more suited to young kittens as my cats (black and white 8months, 3.5kg & grey and white 10months, 5kg) can easily tip this over. The small 'window' on the side they've tried to use as an entry/exit but neither fit.Otherwise, it looks cute and they throughly enjoy using it. Both to sit on and to play with the little ball. I have yet to see them use the scratcher but I'm sure they will.Only given four stars as:The fabric on the ball has already torn and I haven't even had it a full 24 hours yet. They have other dangly fabric balls that they play with and haven't come apart like this at all, nevermind in such a short time frame.I wish the product came in more sizes and colours and there was an option for a softer/thicker cushion on the inside.

We trap community/feral cats for neutering and monitoring colony health etc. so this cat hide and play condo is perfect for cat recovery before they’re returned. It’s bigger than it looked in photos which is great - we had a very large feral cat recovering from surgery and she loved it. She could hide from us easily yet she used the ‘top floor’ for stretching out and a bit of play with rope mice etc. It’s an indoor bit of plush loveliness for any pampered or feral cat alike. Love it.

Really good size, love the additional space at the bottom for the cats to snuggle into. Well made, sturdy and comfortable for our cat. Would recommend this as any addition to your cats hiding places, good value for money.

Kitten loves it. She sleeps in it often. Also plays with the ball and jumps in n out window. Uses the scratch part on the side.Easy to collapse n transport, excellent purchase.

Mein kleiner Merlin nutzt das Häuschen gern. Vorher hat er sich immer in einen alten Einkaufsbeutel gelegt. :DAufbau ist selbsterklärend und es scheint auch stabil. Mein Kater ist aber auch eher von der leichten Sorte (3,5kg). Bis 5kg sollte es aber gut halten, alles drüber könnte zu viel sein.Dennoch, sehr zu empfehlen! Kaufe vielleicht noch ein weiteres Häuschen. :)
