Great flavor even just using water. Not sure on lasting effects as the bag size had a large scoop making it go a lot quicker than I expected. Suggested use is up to 4 servings through out the day.

Clean minimal ingredients. The chocolate flavor taste like actual chocolate. This isn’t the normal protein powder chocolate that taste like a candy bar, but it still tastes really good. Added bonuses it blends very easily.
