Truffle Salt with Black Summer Truffle 100g

Really nice to sprinkle over as a seasoning. A little milder than truffle oil. I’d definitely buy it again. Great for Xmas hamper.

The truffle is ground finely so it is evenly dispersed within the salt. This gives a strong and even flavour. Only a tiny amount is needed so it is very economical in use.

i previously left the review below, but sadly they have changed the salt to table salt. It now basically taste of awful rock table salt, really salty and very little truffle. I do not recommend you buy this. It's such a same. Please see below for my old review. I have purchased this for 10 years. Never again.! I have used this a lot and usually pay only a 3rd of this price. I can't express how good this is and I really don't want to. It's always the same, when people get to know, the price ends up going through the roof. This for quality of Truffle salt is excellent

This improves the flavour of steak and chops. Sprinkle over the top.
