Great, well designed, well made, fits very well, not sure that heat dissapation is as good as it could be so your tablet will likely be throttling itself a bit but better than a damaged or broken tablet. Only problem is that the pen holder is designed for the old Surface pen (cylindrical in shape) rather than the Surface pen 2 (which is pretty much flat) - though you can stuff the pen into the holder and it seems to stay, though having recently lost an original Surfdace Pen from and older UAG case with the same pen holder design, I'm wary to put a pen in it. You can have the keyboard fitted while it's in the case too, and there is a little rubber loop at top right of screen to hold the keyboard in place (though it seems to be held magnetically anyway).

This case for my Windows Surface Pro 9 is an absolute perfect fit – it truly fits like a glove. The super thick construction provides a reassuringly rugged feel, giving me confidence in protecting my device. The thoughtful design, incorporating a silicone frame and a honeycomb pattern on the back, offers excellent grip. I feel much more secure holding my Surface Pro 9, even in demanding environments. Speaking of which, I've been using this case consistently for a couple of months now, both in my garage and at work, and it still looks brand new. It feels incredibly durable and has clearly held up well to daily wear and tear. The built-in button protection is a fantastic feature, ensuring the buttons remain easily accessible and require no extra effort to press. Overall, this case is worth every single cent for the peace of mind and protection it provides!

Item arrived squashed and stained. There is some sortnof sticky substance and substantial scuffing on the case itself. The box is also crushed and seems to be covered in the same sticky substance. For the price, this is disappointing. Also does not seem as robust as the last generation of uag cases. The support arm is no longer made of metal, and no longer clicks into place. It seems to be held up by a friction based device only so we will see how long it lasts I guess. Very disappointing would not recommend.

I bought this equivalent protective case based on previous experience The last one had a proper metal stand - this one is cheap plastic I would not have bought it if I had known the quality was poor.
