My new favorite pregnancy accessory
This has made my 3rd trimester so much more comfortable. I hadn't slept in my bed in weeks because I was in so much pain from any position I tried and the couch was starting to not help either. So after some desperate 4am googling I ended up ordering this and it has helped so much. Don't get me wrong, I have a baby kicking me in the ribs and I'm not as comfortable as I would be if I weren't pregnant. But the support from taping has made it so I can sleep and go about my day without the sharp pains in my upper abdomen and my sides. The tape itself is great quality, the adhesive sticks without pulling up at the ends and has survived the shower. You do need patience and a lot of oil to remove it, which is not necessarily a con. The backing makes it easy to cut and apply and it provides fantastic support. It does stretch quite a bit so you need to keep that in mind when cutting your pieces.10/10 would recommend if you're pregnant and your belly needs support without having to add the extra bulk of a belly band.

Excellent Budget-Friendly Option for Mouth Taping
Within the last year, I started mouth taping at night to help with snoring, but I was shocked at how expensive the products specifically marketed for that are even for just a 30 day supply. After some research, I learned that most of those products are just kinesiology tape, so I decided to give OK Tape a try instead.I’ve been using it solely for mouth taping for several months now, and I’m really impressed. I just cut the tape to my preferred size from the roll, which ends up lasting me so much longer than the mouth tape brands I was buying previously. The adhesion is also excellent, It holds firmly through the night, but I do have to be gentle when removing it in the morning to avoid irritating the delicate skin around my lips. Even so I have not had any signs of skin irritation from this tape during the time I have been using it.One thing I really appreciate is that even if I need to reposition the tape once or twice, it still sticks just as well. Overall, this has been a great, cost-effective alternative to overpriced mouth tape products. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable option for nighttime mouth taping.

Lighter Support and Decent Stick
Of off all the kinesiology tapes I've tried, I feel that this is a good value for the price if you're looking for lighter support. It has a fairly decent stick. It will stay on for 2-3 days if you use best application practices (watch some PT videos to see demonstrations of good tape handling and application techniques). Ideally apply it to clean skin, don't touch the sticky side, but the paper backing. Once it's on, keep it from rubbing against fabric and other stuff too much. It's not so sticky that it takes off a ton skin removing it, so it's practical if you're looking to take it off and reapply every couple or few days. If your skin is sensitive or thinner, you can notice some irritation, so take it off carefully and give your skin time to regrow before needing to remove more. You might try some oil or lotion and slowly work the edges (like using peanut butter to get gum out of hair), but you'll want to wash that well off before applying more tape. It's a thinner fabric, so offers less support than a thicker fabric tape, but I notice some helpful support. I've found this to be good when I'm past the worst of an injury, but I want light support getting back into full activities. I would use a different, thicker and more supportive tape for a fresh injury or greater support. You can double it up, or stagger overlay to increase support. That isn't as ideal as one well placed strip because the tape sticks better to clean dry, skin than to itself. It has 2" marking block guides on the back for easily determining cut length.

Amazing Support and Comfort
I've been using this kinesiology tape for a few weeks now, and I'm beyond impressed. It offers just the right amount of support for my legs without feeling stiff or restrictive. Whether I'm working out, doing housework, or just running errands, it stays perfectly in place and moves naturally with my body. The adhesive is strong but gentle on my skin — no irritation at all, even after several hours of wear. I've even managed to wear it for several days without the edges peeling.Overall, this tape has definitely helped reduce my muscle fatigue and has sped up my recovery after workouts. Highly recommend to anyone needing a little extra support for their joints and muscles!

Waterproof and easy to apply
Bought this to help with ankle swelling. Arrived quickly, as promised. This is the second day and it is still in place after a dip in the pool and shower. I wish there was an easier way to peel the tape from the backing but I like that I can cut the size I want.

Pros and cons
Works great and offers support. Easy to apply and stays on for hours. My biggest issue is taking it off. Even on hairless areas, it’s painful no matter how fast or slow I remove it. But I guess that stickiness contributes to staying in place for extended periods.

Mouth tape alternative?
I actually use this for an alternate purpose, I started my mouth taping journey and found it to be extremely expensive. I came across this and figured why not give it a shot? I got the same effect as mouth tape and it was easy to use/cut, it was much stickier but I didn't personally mind. It was comfortable to wear and the color was exactly as pictured.
