These are very tasty, and work so well. Calming before becoming sleepy and off to dreamland!

i only take 1 gummy (the serving size is 2) because the less MG of melatonin, the better (scientifically). 1 gummy is 2.5mg of melatonin and that works perfectly for me. i start feeling sleepy around 30 minutes of taking it and i remain asleep throughout the entire night. i don't feel groggy or disoriented when waking up. i don't take them every day, but when i do take one occasionally, they always work great. plus, they're super tasty!

I have been taking Lemme Sleep gummies for about six months. They taste good and they legit work. I’ve tried so many different products to aid in better sleep. Nothing has helped until I found these. I love the natural ingredients and easy digestion.

I have been taking melatonin for years so I’m not new to it. I will say these for sure put you to sleep and fast but I have never experienced the morning exhaustion I did after using these. I could not wake up and once I did I was miserably exhausted all day. Not just a typical tired, I could barely keep my eyes open . I also had some very intense and upsetting dreams. I will keep them for use on family vacations when I need knocked out to escape snoring family members.

If I could ask a genie for three wishes, one of my wishes would be an endless, free supply of Lemme Sleep. They DO make a difference in how I sleep. I can notice a difference with and without them. They don't KNOCK ME OUT, which I don't want. They just make me feel calm, help my mind shut down, and not to mention they're yummy.
