My wife bought these because “they’re cute and they work.” I’m a 6ft, 190lb grown man who thought, yeah sure, little berry gummies are gonna tuck me in like grandma.Spoiler: they absolutely folded me.I took two, stayed up scrolling on my phone, then stood up to hit the bathroom. Out of nowhere, I got sucker-punched by what felt like prime 1990s Mike Tyson. My legs went on strike, I was stumbling back to bed like a baby deer on roller skates. By the time my head hit the pillow? Instant KO. No dreams, no tossing, no turning. Just straight darkness like my brain got hit with the off-switch.Now we’re on auto-replenish because apparently I’m addicted to getting legally tranquilized by something that tastes like mixed berries. Never thought I’d be evangelizing “lemme sleep gummies” to my buddies at work, but here I am.If you want sleep that feels like getting knocked out in round one of a title fight… this is it. 10/10

Lemme tell you something! I don’t know what the hell are in these things but I took (2) of them & slept so hard I thought I woke up in a bathtub full of ice!😂 These bad boys will knock you out- COLD! Haven’t slept that good since the womb. Just ordered another bottle…..

I can take two and sleep for several hours. Even though I don't get a full night's sleep, I'll take what I can get! Good taste and easy to use. I leave them on the night stand and take them right as I get into bed

These definitely do their job!I’d say don’t eat a big meal right before taking them ~ I've noticed they don't really work when I just ate a lot. I’ve also noticed they’re more effective if I take a day or two break every so often.Kind of a bummer that they’ve got sugar in them, but overall, they have a great taste.

I probably shouldn’t say this because I want them to always be in stock. But I absolutely love them and they change my sleeping quality in a drastic way. I usually lay in bed for hours before I can fall asleep but with Lemme I can fall asleep in 30 minutes and stay asleep. I don’t feel groggy the next day and wake up feeling rested and ready for the day. I recommend lemme to all of my friends!

On the bottle it says take 30mins before bedtime, I took two gummies and I was out by 10mins! Best sleep I’ve gotten. Also I only take one gummies so I don’t wake up overly tired.

I got these in hopes that they would help me sleep. They worked for the first night couple nights. I believe it is only because my body gets used to melatonin to quickly. So they may work for someone who isn't like me. I'm sure there is a medical reason behind this but I'm no doctor 🤣.They do taste really good and I have used other Lemme products that work great. These just weren't for me.
