I have had this pack for almost 4 years now, and it has lasted through near daily bike commutes through rain and heat and cold and been taken on several trips, using the convertible straps pretty often.The zipper are a little tough to use at first, but they ease up and they last. At this point if it failed I would buy it again and still feel it was a great value for the money!It's just an excellent designed and built product, I highly recommend.

Didn't really hold up. Great form-factor, perfect for my needs. The water proof material is falling apart now. I feel like I wasn't rough with it.

I really like it but for$200 it’s very disappointing that it started having a really loud annoying squeak every time I attach it to my bike rack and ride after like 2 weeks if use.

I have two of these bags in different sizes. I like them, they are functional, but the company doesn't respond to emails. Trying to replace the rain cover and a broken clip, which they supposedly sell on their website, but have been unavailable for YEARS (seriously). Emailed them about when they might be available again and got no response. I would not buy another product from this company.

I've had this bag for 7 years and it is amazing! I used it everyday for a couple years but COVID changed that. I use it a few times a week now and it still looks brand new, even with it being constantly overstuffed and having been used as a pannier bag many times.

Maybe I'm too used to dropship garbage, but the quality of this bag is outstanding. The materials are thick, the zippers are huge and feel high quality. The conversion process from backpack to pannier is quick and easy, and can be done partially to turn it into a 1-strap sling. It fits a small, quick stop's worth of groceries. I like the simple mechanism for attaching to your rack.Overall, I couldn't ask for better for the price. A high-quality backpack is one thing, but to master a convertible pannier bag is feat. Highly recommended.

Latch snapped just after 1 month of use. Tried to contact Two Wheeled Gear customer service. No one answers the phone. Submitted online warranty claim; no response after 3 weeks. This company either doesn't stand behind its products, didn't care about their customers after they get their money, is going out of business, or all of the above. Take your money and buy from a more reputable brand.---UPDATE---After the above review, Two Wheel Gear FINALLY responded to my email warranty claim. They were going to send out a replacement part.3 weeks later, no part, no status updates, no response to my emails, no nothing.I stand by my assessment above; Two Wheeled Gear does not care about their customers. And I still wonder whether they are going out of business.Take your business and money elsewhere.---UPDATE #2---It only took 5 months, but 2 Wheel Gear finally got me a replacement part. Apparently they had "supplier issues". I've updated my rating to 3 stars only because of the super delay in customer service response. The bags themselves are totally 5 stars.

Does not fasten securely to my pannier rack. Unfortunately, I missed theAmazon return window. Definitely buyer's regret!

I like this pannier/ backpack and easy to use. But zippers are not easy to open because of the overlap fabrics covering the zipper is preventing you to open the bag without folding it. It’s a bit heavy but it’s really solid bag.

These carriers work great and the dual purpose comes in very handy. They are pretty pricey though. Probably could be less expensive buy until something similar comes available what can you do.
