Big!
Rarely do I get something and I think it’s actually bigger than it needs to be. The flag is huge! Bigger than standard golf course ones. Not sure why they did that but overall it’s a great flag and cup and for the price, it’s a bargain! Set mine up without the cup so far as just needed a target to chip too. May install the cup in the summer

Perfect for the Garden
Great for practicing in the garden. Cup size spot on (plastic)I used a 110mm drain pipe and drilled holes in it to push into the ground and cut a perfect hole (as per picture in my hand)
