This is a great quality item. It comes with everything you need including a really nice shower head that allows heavy water pressure in both a shower and massage mode. The douce is perfect. Three nozels are provided, I use it for anal cleansing, both shallow and deep cleaning enama. So much nicer than using a bag.All parts are crome and well made. Really looks good in the shower.Qreat value.

The good and the bad
Cheap looking finish but hey, it's a cheap price. The hose looks weak and like painted plastic. I don't think this product will work out for my wife before I head into the back porch, 1 because all that preasure might not be so safe and 2 because she doesn't want to get the shower dirty like that. It was returned and she went with something more quaint to use over a toilet.
