This is an excellent value. It comes with a score mark and can be split with your bare hands. This is good for people needing a smaller dose. Swallowing also becomes easier after splitting. Good for phlegm. Research additional benefits for women.

They work great but 1 pill is the size of the tip of my index finger so if you have trouble swallowing pills, this may not be for you.
