The product is good at this cost range and the post sales support for this product is good as on April, 2025 and the pump works well but drips some amount of water when it pumps but that's digestable. The pump doesn't supply water continously but takes a break in between and then when prompted again it pumps again. Pump's durable if charged at 5W only if watts increase then durability and life will decrease within the warranty period.

I bought this product on July and suddenly it stopped working on August. I contacted customer care just to see if they can help without any hope, because most of the sellers Here give warranty for namesake.but these people are really genuine.they messaged me back again and asked for video proof and invoice copy and replied instantly that they will send another product free of cost 😀 I was not believing at first place because I never experienced any such good customer service even with very big brands. MARK MY WORDS THESE PEOPLE WILL REALLY BE A GREAT BRAND IF THEY MAINTAIN THIS QUALITY.Highly recommended to anyone. Best out there

I purchased this Pump in December 2024. The pump stopped working on mid February 2025, after 2.5 months of daily use. The initial performance was positive - loved the fact that I just needed to recharge it once every 10 days or so and it dispensed water effectively from a 20-litre jar. But the pump stopped working abruptly. I thought it was out of battery (though I had charged just 3-4 days earlier) so tried to charge it with three different chargers across multiple power outlets. Based on standard household use (approximately 2-3 water jar replacements per week), this product's lifespan falls short of expected durability for its price point. This is extremely frustrating. A product like this should last much longer. Definitely not worth the money if it stops working in such a short time.

After the first charge, it worked, but stopped today. It is not getting charged, no light for charging. Sheer wastage of money. Please DO NOT BUY this product. After this incidence of non-functioning, I have contacted Amazon and through them I could contact the Supplier. Since the product was under 3 months warranty, they promptly sent a replacement. while talking to them , they pointed out that the gadget is NOT Suppose to be charged by a fast charger, which I did. I have requested them to put this caution in the product details on Amazon page.

Good product but comes with only 3months warranty. We used it in three roadtrips in 6 months . Then it stopped taking charge and work . When informed them , they said to look for local repair.

I am seeing a lot of negative reviews recently not sure if the quality of the product declined recently but I ordered this in end of 2020 and it has worked for me till now and it’s still working . I want to reorder because I am not sure if I can continue using this long or if there will be any contamination inside

Product stopped working after a couple of months. Waste of a product. Updated review: The customer care of Riversoft is excellent. They have sent a new product as replacement. As for the product, need to see how it goes this time.
