The Best of Clay Pot Cooking

I bought this to go with my new Roemertopf as clay pot recipe books can be a bit pricey. Pretty good for getting to know what you can do: soups, stews, chicken, vegetarian, fish and even puddings. 45 recipes, some of which I will never do (as with any cookbook). But I am sure that after getting to know the Roemertopf and how it works with your own oven just a few adjustments to a recipe out of any recipe book will be fine. (If you understand German there are some original Roemertopf recipes online...)

Not really much about cooking the basic foods like a chicken & general meats ect

A bit of a waste of time and money. There are far better books out there with many more and tastier recipes.

Disappointed - very small book for over £16.....to add insult to injury the price tag on the book states $16.99 US dollars - how does that equate to £16 ......me thinks a bit of a rip off !!
