Five Stars
This product is actually really good stabiliser, when i first purchased it i thought it may not be of a good quality but i was very wrong.its made out of really tough plastic and has all the soft bits in the right places.i wouldn't say its a premium product but a good good product. My nikon d3300 fits on there fine a snug and tight fit carried it around london for a whole day didn't give me any reason why I should take my nikon on off it.Good hand grips grippy rubber base to let it stand and take some good stills.Over all if your looking for a action stabiliser its not a gimbal but its good if you have steady hands and have some good skills.

A good item for the price
A good item for the price, keeps camera off the ground plus great for low down shots, not bad quality either...lost 1 star because you can not use your DSLR with a battery pack attached, handle could do with been a little higher, overall nice little kit..

perfect for small camcorders and action cams
This inexpensive rig is good for camcorders and action cams that are getting smaller and lighter all of the time., because it helps to steady handheld shots. Cameras, DSLRS included, can be fixed securely at various stations along the bottom rail and at any angle making it easy to get a good balance. Depending how you fix the camera, the rig is good for panning and/or low angle shots. With a bit of care you can simulate simple crane shots, but this is not a specialist piece of equipment such as a steadycam so you have to have a good grip and a steady hand, especially with tracking shots. Nevertheless, it is better than handheld alone, adding a bit more weight that aids control. The rig has 3 loops attached fore and aft to which some kind of lanyard could be attached to further aid a steady shot. On top of the rig is a shoe to hold a mic off camera and avoid any motor vibrations that the camera may generate. The rig feels quite solid with a ruberised foam grip that feels of good quality. You can pay very much more for a rig that does little more than this one, so it represents really good value for money. There is a standard 1/4 inch thread under the rig for attaching to a tripod.

The product in items if fine, the postage to me by the seller was fast and flawless, too. I just don't see me using this regularly. If you know that you need this type of Stabilizer then there is absolutely nothing wrong with this make. In my case I had a tricky time focusing my camera (Nikon D90) in video mode - as the handle effectively was in the way of viewing for me.. But it is all more about me trying out different gadgets and this not being the right one for my personal needs. The product itself is fine, lightweight and I am sure of good use for somebody else.

Useful in many ways and a fair price - a keeper!
Given the price (cheap) this thing is fine. It's just about big enough to accommodate a DSLR but obviously the handle obstructs the hot shoe.It offers a nice stable platform for one and two handed operation. You can prop the camera up and even hang it off stuff to get a shot or relieve the strain of hand holding. The plastic is just about acceptable given the price. Tougher less brittle would be better but honestly it's okay if you're careful with your kit.A keeper.

You're not going to like the finishing
Horrible product. This was one of more than 20 camera related products I had purchased for our office studio setup. The finishing is cheap and that's visible throughout the product and how it feels. The horseshoe on top almost broke the directional microphone we connected to it and we had to meticulously try to detach them for a good 15-20 minutes afterwards. If that wasn't enough, and I never thought I'd see myself writing this on an Amazon review, but the item smelled like as if it was in a cigarette-filed room for weeks.

Like it already. Would love it it folded.
Handle grips speak for themselves. They allow you to mount a camera, while simultaneously mounting other accessories on top, should you not have a shoe available, as well as giving you the possibility to hand-stabilize your shot.So in that respect, it does what it advertises and it does it very well. The handle feels robust, the foam grip feels nice in your hand, and even the rubber skids aid you in putting down your camera oh so smoothly. Awesome. The one thing that I do have an issue with is it's lack of flexibility in transport. This is a bulky, strange looking object. It packs in a weird way, both upwards and sideways and it takes up quite a bit of space doing it. The one thing it lacks most though is the ability to somehow twist or fold the handle to where it packs neatly in your camera bag.So considering that, in the portability factor, I would give it two stars. But it does what it says, so the function factor gets five stars. I'll even it out at four.

Does the job!
Pretty easy review this one, the price was good, the product is great and overall serves the job perfectly. Used on a few shots and has always given me smooth low shots so very happy. For the price the construction is to be expected but i was very surprised as its a lot stronger than i first thought so in this case dont let looks fool you.
