We have completely disconnected the heart shape product, providing that Amazon do not have any stock of the heart product left in their warehouse you should receive the pellets. Do i need to give my dwarf hamster any other food with this?

You will need to crush this for dwarfs and serve with a dwarf mix. Along with paw size fresh veg. Aldo fresh cooked cold chicken, turkey or salmon.

How long would a bag last for a single Syrian hamster?

I mix 2 bags with a 3kg premium food mix, (I have 5 Syrian hamsters) it lasts around a month.
