I bought this for my wife who wanted gluten free bread and this has not disappointed. Previously she was struggling to find a recipe that actually tasted nice but so far this book has yielded several very edible loaves for her. A good selection of styles which should appeal to someone looking to produce their own gluten free bread.

Omg !! This book is unbelievable Been buying small minute gluten free loafs for so long so so expensive. Found a bread maker in the charity shop which had a gluten free option so thought I would give gluten free bread making a go. It's a bit like a mini science experiment not the easiest of recipes. I weighed all the ingriedients on a digital scale and measured the liquids with thermometer lol But hey so worth it delecious bread. My son and I are both gluten intolerant and the honey oat bread is delicious with jam or honey for breakfast and the sandwich loaf great well worth the effort and thanks for such a wonderful recipe book top marks 5 🌟 One happy customer All the ingriedients can be easily found from the Chinese supermarket or West Indian supermarket lots cheaper than elsewhere 😀

Thank you!!! I make and sell Gluten free Cakes for a living but bread was a nightmare. I have tried several of the recipes so far and we are so impressed that the bread machine is never off... My customers always want Gluten Free Bread so I think it will be popular on the stall soon! The flours are expensive but I buy in bulk so it works out cheaper! So glad I found this book!! Thank you!! Hubby can eat gluten and he loves the sorghum loaf the most! my favourite is Oat and Honey so far!

The recipes are not simple they require lots of ingredients which most can’t be bought from a shop has to be online.

Lots of info on how to get the right settings with the bread maker no matter, how old your machine is.

The recipes are good, however, the flour blend is gluten-free but not keto friendly.
