Significant changes
I’ve suffered from brain fog for over a year. I’ve researched and spoken to my GP on this topic but I really didn’t know what was going on. I tried all sorts inc starting at the gym, switching up my sleep routine, making changes to my diet, buying all sorts of pillows (?) you name it! I read on the lack of B12 and the effect this has on the body / mind and thought I really wouldn’t be sacrificing on much to give this vitamin a shot (and stick to it!!) I don’t know why I was so surprised to find it has helped. Immensely. And within a week. I’m aware that results are different with different people, but this worked very fast on me. I can now think clearly despite an incredibly busy and highly pressured day-to-day lifestyle without thinking of taking a siesta mid-day or fall into a daze! Truly remarkable difference for me. Taste is cherry, actually quite yummy, not too sweet nor too medicinal in flavour. Under the tongue for 30 seconds to help with absorption directly to the blood stream. Two downsides: the bottle is dark - which is great for preserving the vitamin properties, however it does get tricky to see the fluid remaining. I’ve found holding at an angle toward a window and squinting helps .. :)) Secondly, the pipette could do with being either volumetric or have the markings as of current it’s a bit of a guessing game .. not ideal when dealing with vitamins / supplements… but hey ho, the gains of this far outweigh any negatives.

AMAZING PRODUCT! It works
The media could not be loaded. I had a blood test done in Nov/2023, sadly my B12 was 150 pg/mL. Since then I’ve been taking this supplement every single day with my lunch. Then I did another blood test in Fev/2024 and my B12 is now 1415,0 pg/mL. I’m really happy because I wasn’t sure if it was working, because I have never bought anything from this company. If you’re worried about your B12 levels, the minimum is 700 pg/mL, you will feel the difference. Even though I’m only 28yo, I couldn’t remember some words in a normal day to day conversations, I had all the side effects of a deficiency: cognitive decline, slowed thinking and poor memory.B12 is really important for all of us. This amazing vitamin is a mood-enhancing neurotransmitter!! My energy is back, I feel better, so many good things I could say, but I also take some others vitamins and minerals, so I couldn’t tell exactly each one is helping more, but all of them are working, thankfully. I’ve been taking the recommended in the bottle. One thing to keep in mind is that I bought 2 bottles already and the second batch was way sweeter than the first one.

High concentration
Most of the comparable Vit B12 drops or sprays I looked at contained between 1000 - 1500 micrograms per serving, whereas this contains 3000 mcg per serving (half a dropper full, which is 0.5 ml). So per mg of Vit B12, this works out cheaper than any of the other drops or sprays containing methylcobalamin that I've seen - at full price, it works out to 10 p per 1 mg, whereas other brands cost between 17 - 63 p per 1 mg of B12. It's also available on monthly subscription now, so even cheaper.. Many (especially cheaper) Vit B12 supplements contain the synthetic version, cyanocobalamin, which the body has to convert before it can use it, and which might not be absorbed well. I don't get any Vit B12 from my diet, so need to take supplements and have been for a while now. When I first started, I noticed improved energy levels, better memory and concentration. I don't take the recommended dose myself, as think 3000 mcg is too much. I am using a 1 ml syringe (without the needle, of course!) to measure out a dose of about 1000 - 1500 mcg, which I take every 2nd day. According to NHS website, an adult needs 1.5 mcg B12 per day, and up to 2mg (2000 mcg) per day is unlikely to cause harm. So 3000 mcg is above that, and I doubt anyone without specific health conditions needs that much. This contains purified water, grape alcohol, natural cherry flavouring and sweetener (steviol glycosides), so unless you're worried about the alcohol, the other ingredients seem relatively harmless.. Overall, this seems like a good way to supplement B12, at a decent price. Not sure it's a good idea to take the full "recommended" dose every day though.. would suggest reading up on recommended doses and/or talking to GP.

Too effective?
I started taking this because I read that as a vegetarian it’s likely I’m deficient, and I had some of the symptoms. I only took a small amount, I took a quarter pipet occasionally, i wasn’t very good at taking it daily. I recently had a blood test and my B12 was significantly higher than the normal range... Oops. Probably wasn’t deficient to begin with. Use with caution, probably best not to take unless you’ve had a diagnosis of low B12.
