Would a 6 ft. 4 goal fit a 7 by 5 goal ?

Kind of. It would have gaps at both sides and at the top and bottom but can be tied on OK.

What size are holes in 12ft x 6ft ?

Large enough for a ball to go through with not so much room that there's no challenge involved.
