This is an excellent corn starch based powder which contains zinc oxide. I've purchased this product for 50+ years. Initially, I bought it to protect my infant son's diaper area. I now use it to soothe and protect areas of my body where moisture develops. It prevents the breakdown of my skin in those areas. I want to thank the seller for continuing to make this product available.

I have used Ammens powder for 50 years and it always keeps me dry, no rashes, clean feeling. I used this on my children and grand children never had diaper rash. This also works for heat rashes. I have to order it now since the local store does not stock it but thanks to internet I can keep it here.

I've been using Ammens Medicated Powder for many years. After every shower I powder-down with this powder. It makes my skin feel better, and it even makes my clothes feel more comfortable after use. For some reason it's become difficult to find Ammens in my area (Sacramento, CA), but that may be due at least partially to the closing of so many pharmacy store chains closing. Whatever is happening in the retail industry, I'm just glad products like Ammens Powder is available online. This is an excellent product!
