Does it leave the hair dry? I have bleached and damaged blond hair, brakes very easily.

It hasn't left mine dry. I do use a condition on the ends every time but I have oily hair so I don't condition the roots. Mine is bleached gray/blonde too. I love it. The gray/blonde is very shiny/white

I have dark brown hair with white strands coming in here and there. Would this just tint the white strands or would it also tint the dark brown?

I think it will work on the white hair and maybe brighten the brown. My daughter uses this on her ombre dyed hair ( dark blonde to lighter) and loves it. Adds a lot of shine. But not totally sure. I hope someone answers your question who has darker hair!
