It was not delivered on time for father's day as advertised, however it was still a beautiful belated gift. I definitely plan to order more for different occasions. The charm is definitely smaller than I anticipated but the picture is still very clear. I probably wouldn't recommend it for people who wear thick glasses because it is harder to see the image. Other than that, I give 5 stars because it is super impressive and a great gift or jewelry to have. I can't tell you the pain I felt making this and wondered if it was going to be a waste of money but (to my broken heart at losing my dad) this was the absolute best gift I've ever given someone with the loss of a family member. My daughter was simply speechless and now has her Pop-pop with her every day so thank you from the bottom of my heart!

This turned out great! It was a gift for my wife, and I put one of our wedding photos in it Like other reviews have said, make sure to center your photo the best you possibly can. Anything close to the edges will most likely lose clarity and be difficult to see. The color was exactly as described, and considering it's customized, the price is unbeatable!

The product is great but the time it takes to actually get it is ridiculous. I ordered more for my family on Jan 29 and they aren’t set to be delivered until between Feb14-25. Why does it take so dang long

I ordered this bracelet as a keepsake for my 9-year-old grandson after the loss of his beloved 12-year-old German Shepherd in March. I had it shipped directly to my daughter in another state, timing it so it would arrive during our visit.Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing for two main reasons. First, the bracelet was delayed in customs and didn’t arrive until after we had already left — not necessarily the vendor's fault, but still a letdown.Far worse, however, was what happened next. My grandson was overjoyed when he opened it and saw the photo of himself with his cherished dog inside the picture bead. But just 12 hours later, the picture bead had fallen out and was completely lost. He was heartbroken all over again.This keepsake was meant to provide comfort, but instead it added to our grief. The construction is clearly poor, and I cannot recommend it. What should have been a treasured memory turned into another painful loss.
