Good. But does not balance
Works on induction. Right size. One star deducted cos it doesn’t balance on its own. It needs support or constant holding. Good point is The handle doesn’t get hot.

I was so pleased with the quality and weight of this little pan. I was unsure how successful it would be on my induction hob but from the very small base it heats up the side of the pan without overheating the long handle. The steel is thick and once to temperature retains the heat for long enough to fry my spices. The finish is beautiful and after washing it looks brand new. I'm looking forward to making little round fluffy omelettes in it from a recipe I saw on YouTube, Curries with Bumbi is the channel which is where I saw a similar pan. I hope it's ok to recommend a YouTube channel on here, because anybody learning about curries would love Bumbi and her recipes.
