Will these work for peel & stick vinyl planks?

I use this for peel and stick vinyl planks. it works pretty well.

The handle just slips over the other pipe and you twist it and it locks in place. This way it’s adjustable.

Does this give the equivalent of a 100-lb roller (said the 200-lb man)?

Unlikely. The roller assembly probably could take 50# but would bend if you tried to apply 100#.

How do you attach handle??

The handle is already attached. You twist it, adjust the length/extend it, and then twist it back until it tightens up.
