Very well packaged and arrived in perfect shape. Love the faucet - paired with a Kraus undermount sink - they look great together. No performance issues so far.

I purchased this because I installed Granite Counter Tops into my kitchen. I went with this one because it could be installed with a single hole in the counter. A lot of other types require two or more to fully connect. The faucet is built well and the water controls are smooth as can be. I intentionally skipped over the models that had the "automated" functions built into them. I've known many people who have had those kind and after the novelty wears off they never use it. So I saved myself the extra bucks and went with this. There are three key features I love about this faucet: 1. The magnetic spray head. Other faucets I've had have always relied on gravity from the weight on the hose of the sprayer to hold it in place. In some cases that works but it's never a solid fit. Since there are magnets in the faucet head it connects to the fixture really well. It will click right into place. 2. The jet sprayer. Other faucets that I've owned have only had a full spray on it. The problem with this in most cases is that it's not a focused stream so it doesn't do much in regards to cleaning off the dishes. It works well for rinsing but that's about it. The jet sprayer creates a clean line of individual jets that do a good job and getting stuff off the dishes without scrubbing. Case in point, last night we made something in our Crockpot and there is always food caked onto the side. The water jet function took the majority of the cleaning work out of this process. 3. Pivot connector on the spray head. Conventional faucets have a hose that connects directly to the spray head. This is fine in most cases but if you need to use the sprayer in a different angle then straight it causes a problem. The pivot on this makes it a lot easier to go through dishes and to rinse out the sink when the job is done. As a mention. There is a button on the spray head that stops the flow completely. This allows you to stop the water flow to move the nozzle to a pot of sorts and fill it up. I use this every once and a while since I don't use large stock pots very often. The install was real easy. It comes with the "3 hole base" if you have existing drill hols in the counter. I'd recommend this to anybody who wants a clean look in their kitchen.

Working perfectly. Lots of compliments from friends and family. Looks fantastic on our white quartz countertop and with white apron sink.

Arrived much sooner than anticipated. Had been shopping around at stores looking for something that felt like it would last, not cheap & plastic. Really felt good about this particular one and thought we would check on line to see if it was available this way and what the price diffrence might be....it was great. It works exactly as they said it would, and feels like you have something you can use without fear of it breaking. Love this one and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for this style of faucet!
