Lightwave , a great product
Purchased with a few more items of the Lightwave products.I am an electrician though and found the install very easy.Used with remote switches and the hub it can easily be controlled.For the cost it’s a great buy and works very well.

Works reliable most of the time
One of the better Lightwaverf products, works reliable most of the time, but has stopped working with the App timers a few times. Adjusting the time and re-saving seems to fix this but it's annoying. I also have several single channel switches and they have not had the same problem. Maybe it's a one off.

Be wary of this product
I had 5 of these and more than 30 LW821 single relays. They're nice when working, but I've had two out of five fail in two years. No overloads, the units just go dumb after operating fine for quite some time. They appear to go through the pairing un-pairing process normally, but otherwise don't work. I haven's has a single channel relay fail yet.

Perfect.
Really good RF relay. I use it with athom Homey. It has a good range, reliable operation. Quick. Not so happy with the other LighwaveRF products but this one is perfect. I have 2 of these.You need to put it in a junction box or something.

Easy to install and works perfectly
Easy to install and works perfectly. I've got it connected to 2 kitchen lighting loops and a wireless remote on the wall. The dimmer switch I had previously didn't work with the cabinet bulbs.

Good device, although it mist be noted that, unlike the other Lightwave relays, which are isolated from the power, this relay switches the power input to the three outputs.
