Coffee
Has good aroma and grinds up nice. We use it in a percolator and it tastes great.

Whole bean coffee - medium roast
I buy whole beans because they taste best when freshly ground. This was a medium roast purchase. Good mellow flavor with a veerrrry slight acid after taste. A little pricey for my wallet but overall good coffee. Enjoyed it. I like that they plant trees and are eco-friendly in their approach to organic growing practices. Giving back to Mother Earth.

Delicious
Amazing fresh flavor! It makes coffee time my new favorite time! Also, you can feel good about supporting a small farm with fair labor practices. I'd give it more stars if I could.

Not very flavorful
I really wanted to like this coffee because of the responsible aspects. In the Keurig, even on the strongest settings, the taste is very watery. In a French Press, you get more body, but there is an sour note that is unpleasant.

Like the previous reviewer, Jay, I too have been making cold brew coffee for over 5 years
...and I've bought many different brands searching for the best tasting beans. I probably won't throw out the rest of this large bag like Jay did, but I also found it to make a rather sour-tasting cold brew. I tried it "green", while it had only been sitting for eight or nine hours, and it wasn't too bad, but after 14 hours—woof! Very bright and sour-acidic. Not my favorite, that's for certain. I was going to try Tiny Footprint's Cold Press Elixir Cold Brew, just because, well, y'know—Cold Brew? But now I'm not so sure, especially since Tiny Footprint doesn't specify which beans are in their Cold Press Elixir Cold Brew other than a "mix of our light and dark roasts spiked with our best Ethiopian coffees." I'm usually not a big fan of Ethiopian coffees, because they are generally considered to be quite "bright," fruity, and floral and I sort of prefer chocolatey, caramel-y, and nutty. On the other hand, my favorite coffees are the true Mocha Java blends, which besides Indonesian Java beans (probably Sumatran), just wouldn't be the same without the bright and fruity "spike" of Yemeni Mocha—so maybe...
