I think this is the sixth cushion I’ve bought. Most are too firm to be comfortable and too small to feel stable, and the slit doesn’t seem to be in the right place.This cushion is perfect. Just thick enough with out adding too much height, softer than most so it’s far more comfortable, and the hole and channel design make it far easier to position it so that it actually relieves pressure on the coccyx. It’s also wider than most, so it feels more stable and supports his hips more fully.The price is better than many cushions we’ve tried that were an absolute waste. Happy with this , finally found a keeper. Would recommend.

Found the product to be the perfect post op pillow to ease the pain/discomfort from my perineal incision. Great design with donut hole in center as well as depressed areas in mid front and back that relieve pressure and afford a place for ice packs. The sculptured design to include the raised rear are a perfect form fit to the buttocks. The memory foam has the right degree of give vs support and is comfortable for hours of sitting no matter where in the car, in an easy chair or in a dining chair. I used this pillow every minute that I was out of the bed for the first two weeks post op and can’t fathom how I could have made it without it. The cover is custom fitted to the pillow and easy to wash as needed. Great product and well worth the investment.

My wife was having issues and couldn't ride in a car for very long with out feeling uncomfortable. I'm a retired long haul truck driver and had one of these but it had a lot of wear in it. Order her this one. She had a 400 hundred mile trip to make. The cushion worked great. Drove it in one day both ways. She got back home and thanked me. She said she couldn't have bad it with out it.
