Q: Which size works best for 1-gallon Mylar bags?

The 12 inch sealers work great for 1-gallon Mylar bags, which are typically about 10 inches across. That said, the 8 inch sealer would simply require two rounds of sealing, and the 16 inch would be more than enough width.
