The red liquid tastes delicious. The dropper is easy to use. I think it must be effective, I feel more energetic than I did before.

Hubby's GP requested daily B12 supplement. I knew to avoid tablets as a liquid form is absorbed into bloodstream quicker. I found that it was easy to drop the correct amount onto a spoon for hubby to take. I cannot comment if this supplement has made any improvement to his B12 level until after next blood test. This was packaged well and arrived promptly.

Good quality B12 mix.. Many think that any B12 will do, but no, our bodies are all different, so therefore being tested for what type is personally needed is very important. I use a kinesioligst for this, and always get what my body needs without wasting money on things that it doesn't. Just one little gripe, the bottle pipette and screw top is lousy, so you end up losing some product,, if this was fixed, 5 stars,,

I like the dropper fills just enough to give you the correct dose. I really like this product, the taste isn’t bad and is easy to drop into your mouth. I have been a vegetarian for several decades and am bad at taking tablets, but this is easy to do in the morning or whenever. Take it straight or in a drink or smoothie and job done. I have noticed I have more energy since starting this so I will carry on.

I tried these B12 drops hoping for a little energy boost, but honestly, I didn’t notice a significant difference. They were pleasant to take and didn’t cause any issues, so I appreciate that. Maybe my body just needs a bit more time, or maybe they work better for others. Either way, a gentle product that’s worth a try if you’re curious!

I began taking these two weeks ago, and I am very pleased with this product for several reasons. First, there is not a long list of additives that I don't understand or trust. The ingredients are simple, and contains both Vitamin B6 and B12 as well as folate. The product is vegan, which I like. Opening the package, there is no weird smell and the pill itself is tiny and easily swallowed. Best of all, there is no aftertaste. I have noticed that I feel less fatigued since I began taking these. Not a drastic spike in energy like caffeine would give, but a gradual decrease in overall daily fatigue. The value is excellent, as the price is decent and there are 180 tablets in each bottle. You only have to take 1 each day, so these will last about 6 months. I plan to continue purchasing this product in the future.
