I have very strong opinions on splints, and this one easily makes the cut! It's great support, low-profile and not too bulky, highly adjustable, extremely breathable, doesn't get in the way of actually working with the hand while still keeping you from overuse injury, and doesn't make your skin feel all clammy and gross underneath it. I recommend it to everyone who needs this style of support!

Geschikt voor zijn doel en comfortabel om te gedragen. Voelt stevig aan en steunt goed. Waarom dan slechts drie sterren? Omdat er wel wat aan de pasvorm mag verbeterd worden. Eén model voor links en rechts is nooit zo’n goed idee. Het past nooit echt mooi aan. Er komen bij het dragen wat plooien in en de voor- en achterkant verschuiven ten opzichte van elkaar. Als ik hem lang draag of ermee teken, naai of met een legpuzzel bezig ben, moet ik de Brace toch wel af en toe losmaken en weer wat beter bijstellen. Een aanrader? Toch wel. Een topper? Nee, niet echt…

Ho una tendinite che ogni tanto si risveglia e mi costringe all'immobilità.Il tutore che avevo prima era fastidiosissimo perché mi tagliava la parte interna tra pollice e indice fino quasi a farmi venire le piaghe.Questo tutore è stato una rivelazione! Molto comodo, il materiale morbido non taglia, non prude, non fa sudare e ne consente un utilizzo prolungato per tutta la giornata, anche a letto durante la notte se necessario.L'unica pecca è la taglia unica, uno o due cm in meno non mi sarebbero dispiaciuti, ma per fortuna il suo design permette di adattarlo anche alle mani piccole come le mie.I velcri sono resistenti e attaccano talmente bene che toglierlo a volte è un dramma.Le stecche non sono 100% rigide bensì leggermente flessibili, tanto quanto basta per poter utilizzare la mano senza dolore. Esse avvolgono il metacarpo evitando parzialmente la mobilità opponibile del pollice. Il velcro, se posizionato tra falange prossimale e distale (e qui dipende dalla grandezza della mano, con la mia funziona) ne impedisce il piegamento.Dopo mesi di utilizzo fuori e dentro casa, è ancora perfetto come il primo giorno.
