Not waterproof, not vinyl
These are not waterproof as advertised. They’ll resist a little splashing, but not more than that. the underside will disintegrate like paper and roll off of the adhesive, the shiny foil top will wrinkle and come off. Having said that, they’re cute, and will do well on purely dry surfaces, but do NOT believe the waterproof claim.
