Great upgrade
I installed this and have used it for about an hour of driving so far and I am so glad I did it and I am very happy with this radio. Huge upgrade from the base sync radio that I have had for 10 years now. The factory speakers sound so much better. (Although now I want to upgrade those too, of course lol) The wireless CarPlay connects quickly to my iPhone 12 and so far have noticed no issues. There are no instructions included however it is pretty straight forward as the harnesses only plug into one connector. For my 2014 SE, I had to take the bottom piece off my two vents to get them to fit, I have not seen this in other video tutorials so keep that in mind if they don't seem to fit. They were held on with clips and popped off easily. They directed air to the bottom when the vents are closed.I did not have to do anything to get the buttons and volume knob on the radio, or my steering wheel controls to work, I had read some reviews that said you might need to set that up. I saw in the settings where you would do that if you have to. My only complaint is the volume knob is not very responsive/sensitive, I sometimes have to turn it 3 "notches" to get it to register one increase in volume. Not sure if this is an input delay, but the steering wheel controls work each time I press. The kit comes with 3 female usb ports you can attach each labeled. One A-type labeled 6 pin and two 4 pin, one type A and one mini type? It's like an old camera usb port. Use both type-A connectors, unless you have a male to male mini usb cable. Take off the passenger side footwell panel, that runs on the side to the center console. You will find a USB cable that runs along the side to the factory USB port and Line-In aux jack inside the center console. I connected a USB cable I had laying around to this port under the shifter, ran it up to the head unit area and connected it to the 4 pin USB-A (the 6 pin one did not do wired CarPlay, but the 4 pin did) and now the factory USB works. I ran the 6 pin usb port out the side of the trim piece as it was not long enough to go to the glove box in case I ever want to plug in two devices. Since there are two 4 pin USB and only one connection, I did not use the mini-USB. I wish I took a picture of this but when you're in there you will find it. I found it based on a couple YouTube videos that mention it being "under the HVAC controls" but it was literally clipped to the side of the center console. This was big for me because I wanted this to be as close to factory as possible, and this enabled the factory USB port to work.I also installed a backup camera, which my 2014 did not have. I used one also purchased on Amazon that replaced the factory trunk button and license plate light. This head unit has a trigger wire that makes it so that you do not have to tap into the reverse light, which was a bonus to me. There is another review that shows this, it's a pink wire on one of the harnesses. Thank you so much to the other reviewer as this was a huge help for me. I soldered the red wire from the camera video cable to that, and tied the other red wires together at the camera end. I did not have to use the ground cable either, I taped it to ensure it didn't touch anything. The head unit (via canbus I'm assuming) knows when I shift into reverse and changes automatically. To note, this head unit (or may be my camera) only updates the video feed when the car is on. When in accessory it will change to the camera when you shift to reverse but will show a static image. I panicked slightly when I was testing, but thankfully started the car and it worked.I do not see myself using the android aspect of this radio much, but the CarPlay works well both wirelessly and wired. The screen is of good quality and set in well to avoid glare, which was an issue on some other head units I looked at. It looks like you could add music/video through USB and play it through the android interface. It also includes a 4G SIM card slot if you wanted to put one in there for data. I did not, as I was able to update it by tethering my phone. You could probably also connect to your home WiFi to accomplish this if it reaches your driveway.I never used sync anymore as it was, but the button seems to only mute now. There may be a way to get it to work since there is an app on the Android menu that seems to bring it up, but like I said I have no need for it.Overall quite happy with it especially for the cost. Without the backup camera and taking my time it would be about an hour start to finish for the head unit. Adding the backup camera would probably add another hour or so depending on if you take your time running the wires neatly.

Worth the price. Maybe.
Install took about 30 minutes. Screen is bright, radios packed with features. Called a friend, said the audio is "workable" even with the AC on full blast. It's fairly responsive. Worth it in my opinion.Edit: about a year later I'm replacing this unit as the brightness is actually an issue in low light it doesn't dim far enough, and the buttons occasionally stop working all together. Glitchy at times but can be easily worked around by exiting and re-entering an app (usually Android Auto). Up to you I'd suggest a cheaper unit at least then you don't have high expectations...

looks great and almost works
Easy install, great sound and almost everything works. Can't say much about customer support, since Amazon, would only offer to take the unit back rather than put me in contact with seller to resolve two issues. 1 The emergency flasher worked twice than quit all together. 2 The steering wheel volume controls work, but the call feature does not. Asked to talk to or contact seller, told return it for refund and that was it. I like the radio, looks good, sounds good and I can use the hands free, just not on the steering wheel. Do not want to return it, just fix it. If any one knows how to fix the flasher problem let me know.

Warning
For around 200 bucks, this thing is a steal! Big thanks to Kevin F, his instruction on how to get all the buttons to work really helped. Very easy to install. Just plug everything in that you can. One connector on the loom not used. Interface works surprisingly well. My only complaint is that the screen came a little scuffed. 6 screw, an IQ over 50, 30 minutes, and you'll have a very good working radio/nav system. I would buy this again.!!Edit: lasted about a month and the lock and emergency flasher button stopped working. It's been less than a year, and it won't turn off and drains my car battery. I reached out to the seller right when the buttons stopped working, and they ignored me. I just pulled it out, and it's going in the trash. Seemed fine, but ended up being junk.
