3M Cavilon 3392G Durable Barrier Cream, 92 g Tube

I wash my hands many times a day for work, and over time my skin became dry, irritated, and sore. Adding 3M Cavilon Durable Barrier Cream to my routine — alongside my regular Garnier hand cream — has really helped. I usually apply a thin layer after washing and drying my hands, often before bedtime and sometimes midday if my skin feels sensitive. The cream forms a protective barrier that locks in moisture and shields against irritation, without feeling heavy or greasy. It also seems to make my regular hand cream more effective over the day. Been using this for months now. It fabulous. I struggled with under breast reddness and sweating ( larger bust). This i apply in the morning and then re apply after a shower in the evening. Easy to use, fragrance free and perfect for my needs. I will continue to keep using as its 100% working at reducing moisture and providing a barrier. Would definitely recommend

This was recommended to me by the district nurse, and I have been very pleased with it. It is easy to apply, a little goes a long way, and it forms a good protective barrier without feeling too heavy on the skin. It spreads well and does exactly what I needed it to do. The tube size is also good value and lasts well because you do not need to use loads each time. Very happy with it and would buy again.

Good price and very good on some skin conditions

This barrier cream is the best I have found. It works with the smallest amount. It is excellent in the treatment for pressure sores and does not get washed off strainght away

Tengo que probarlo, no huele mal, la pasta es homogenea, la textura de un emoliente. Hasta el momento sin reacciones en mi mano. Le doy 3 estrellas porqur me hace dudar ya que no trae sello alguno, habitualmente este tipo de cremas al destaparla primero hay que quitar el sello y esta no trae.
