This product is enjoyable and I really like it because it is tastes great, easy to make and gluten free.

Makes great bakes. Use it all the time.

The quality is good but they use plastic packaging which is twice the size of needs to be resulting in more plastic waste.

I love the colour of this flour which gives baked goods an appetising light brown (“whole meal”) colour. It gives fluffy results in a gluten-free flour mix and is nutritious too. I used it in my Christmas cake and was thrilled that the fruit stayed distributed throughout the cake instead of sinking to the bottom as it has always done previously. I received many compliments from non-coeliacs who loved the flavour and texture of the cake. It is also nutritious and higher in fibre than many gluten-free flours. I have added it to the flour mix for various recipes and every time the results are better than without it. I’ve just ordered a kilo bag as I baked my way through the 500g bag so quickly! I love all the gluten-free flours from yourhealthstore.co.uk. There is no contamination and they all suit my sensitive digestion. Update Oct 25. I have ordered this several times and found that if I order heavy items at the same time, they arrive in one box with the flour bag damaged and leaking. To avoid this, I order my flours separately now which has solved the problem.

I buy this on a regular basis. Good quality and decently priced.

As a Coeliac I need safe alternatives to wheat flour. This is a great quality gluten free product. I mix it with brown rice flour and use in all my baking. It's a bit expensive as all quality gf products are, but it has to be imported, so much of the price is transportation costs. I ran out on Monday and it was delivered Tuesday!
