Hakubaku Authentic Japanese Ramen Noodles (Variety, 6 PACK)

First and foremost, the noodles were delicious and at a good price, secondly a wonderful variety of authentic flavors with each package of fantastic seasoning. Honestly, I did not have to add anything, however so good with a fresh egg ((if you can splurge) and fresh baby spinach, ,,,it was delicious and an unbelievable culinary ramen experience.

I really like this brand. The flavor is good and the noodle texture is great. They are a bit pricey but worth it to me.

To have the noodles not mushy, use a bigger pot with more water at a rolling boil. Make broth separately. The water cools down too much if you add the noodles to only 2 c boiling water, fresh noodles with lukewarm water = mushy noodles. The ramen was just meh.

Compared to other online or store bought packages I tried so far, this is the best. Great base for homemade soup and tastes very nice

The product had an expiration date of BEFORE I ordered it. The packages were not vacuum-sealed. The noodles look, smelled, and tasted real bad. I tried it just because it's dried noodles, but they tasted terrible. Didn't get past the first bite. I'm sure they were stored very poorly.

All of the flavors were delicious. We used them for ramen soup and in a couple of recipes. I was very pleased with the ingredients and the simplicity of the dish. This is now our go-to choice for ramen.
