I use this on my hair. I mix it with olive oil or jojoba oil and apply it to my roots once a week, leave it in for a couple of hours and then wash. It has a strong smell so I don't like sleeping with it on. Anyway I have noticed since using it that my greys have disappeared - I definitely had at least 2 grey hairs before. I don't know if it's down to the oil or just coincidence. I have also noticed a bit of hair growth, again can't say for sure if it's the oil but I like to think it is :)

I have had two other brands both of which I had some left when I ordered the sample of the original version of The Blessed Seed. First: taste. The taste is palatable, not good, not bad. Second: Between this brand and the other two, this absolutely is the most potent. Your mind might try to convince you otherwise (because it wants to spend less $) but the body doesn't lie. I don't suffer from a chronic condition but I do have seasonal allergies, need to lose weight, just turned 58 and like most, life is busy. I thought I had found what I needed with moringa but the black seed oil for me wins hands down and this brand is quality. I will not be without it.
