Soccer training
This harness was Easy to strap on and off for quick athlete turns. So far looks very durable hoping it last a few years. The resistance rope is more of medium grade not heavy but it does the job. Not a bad price for also getting a belt strap.

Great product for training
Great resistance training package. The vest is for only adults (or bigger child) because of its size but the belt is adjustable to fit a teen. The resistance band is good at full extension as well.
