Maybe my neck is more supple than I thought. This feels like a comfortable cradle for my head. I feel no streetcar - and maybe that is a good thing. I am keeping it to use as a pillow. I can’t say that there is anything wrong with this… it is just misleading.**Upgrading** this from 2 stars to 5. I started having a problem turning my head…. I later figured out that my shoulder bags were way too heavy. This habit plus working at a desk plus the way I was sleeping was causing shoulder and spine issues. Nevertheless…. While trying to figure this out, I pulled this neck pillow back out again. It is still not a neck stretcher for me. Oddly, this hard little thing is very comfortable at the base of my skull. But, when I put my head on it, I realized that part of my head was sore at the base of my skull when I laid down. By morning, yes it was comfy so I feel asleep, the pain was gone and I could turn my head. The biggest surprise, though, was that I fell asleep and stayed asleep. THAT alone makes this purchase a 5 star experience. I am no longer lying there bored and waiting for morning to come or getting up feeling fuzzy headed and unmotivated to be productive due to a lack of sleep. I lie down with my spine aligned and turn on the heat and wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and pain free.One final comment is that the heat is very HOT. I need to study the controls more to understand how they work. But, I have to click 3 times to get to the orange LED to get a temperature that feels comfortable. The red and the green LED settings are too hot.

If I could give more than 5 Stars....I would. This product is one of the best purchases I've made in my entire life. No exaggeration! If yoour suffering with neck, shoulder and or back pain like I was for 4 months...please buy this IMMEDIATELY! It has been a blessing to me and my family! I was in so much pain daily and went to see a chiropractor who diagnosed me with a pinched nerve due to my "straight neck" Proper spine alignment is critical for our overall health. Misalignment can cause so many issues. Temporary then becoming permanent if left untreated. I thank God for Doctors...however I prefer to cure health conditions oppose to masking symptoms a d resorting to surgery after pain medications stop working. Therefore, I did some research of my own, after my chiropractor visit caused me to have so much more pain a few days later that was not going away. Being I work at home and sit at my desk most of the day....I had to figure something out QUICK! I am so grateful for Amazon and their fast delivery in sending me this product. Bought it for Mama, hardly see her use it, but she says she likes it.

This product is not bad. The heating function is pretty neat. It has 3 different heat settings. The highest setting can get pretty hot quickly. It also has 3 different timer settings. It came with a USB cord, so I have to lay down near a USB outlet to use it. It is kinda uncomfortable, so I have not been able to use it for more than 2 or 3 minutes. I have not noticed a difference in neck pain. For that reason I will be returning it.

I am on a computer most of the day AND I am farsighted. Even with my reading glasses I am often craning my neck and suffer sore neck and headaches.I gave this a try and love it. First, I can do it laying on the bed, where I gave a USB port. The item is designed so the cord can go either to the right or left., which is another plus.Using this, I rock my head left and right and crack my neck, the relax into it. The heat is excellent and I don’t have to fiddle with a movable heat strip. It gets plenty hot quickly.Best of all it offers relief right away. I use it just before going to sleep, and it seems to help me sleep better, plus I wake up in the morning without a stiff neck.I’m glad I got this one and not the cheaper ones. This thin is solid. I’m 6’3” and 220 and it is strong and firm. The control with timer is also an excellent feature.I liked it so much, I bought one for a friend of mine. Buy with confidence.
