Great mat and is of a medium thickness . It stops anything from sticking onto it so is easy to remove pastry or anything it is used for. It is durable and easy to clean sometime just a wipe with a damp cloth will suffice. Protects surfaces especially if put beneath an air fryer or similar. A good size.

Have the kettle and make coffee on this mat still looks like new and doesnt slip and no coffee stains just needs a wipe

Needed something to protect new oak worktops and to hygienically make pastry. Does both jobs perfectly. I bought 2, one for making curries expecting it to get stained. So far, no staining but it may not last. The 2nd is for pastry which is does with no sticking. Both are kept rolled up in a draw. After washing in the sink they are easy to dry.

I’ve recent repainted and sanded my daughter’s dressing table, I’d been searching for something to protect it and came across these matts. They’re super easy to clean and blend nicely with the desk. Great value for money.

The silicone mat was perfect for the application I bought it for. Which was a drawer liner to stop all the cocking utensils sliding around when you closed it. A great product that I can see having many applications.

This is now an anti-reflection mat draped over the top of a white instrument panel in a Lotus Espirit!! Brilliant - it stays in place, easy to shape and cut, and eliminates a horrid windscreen reflection. Full marks for a crazy use!!

Good quality item, value for money, you get what you pay for, I was not expecting the world but was surprised for the price, if your not looking to spend huge amounts then this item is a good shout. Keeps the kids from banging their glasses on the glass tables or the granite work top. Easy to clean.

Color is great , washes easily

Needed a heat resistant silicone mat to cover the rust stains on my husband’s stainless steel Green Egg cart. Despite not being the length that I needed, these fit the bill because there were two in each pack. I simply lined one over the other to get the desired effect I needed and it’s hardly noticeable. As for quality, they *are* thin like paper. However, they have done extremely well enduring countless hours of radiant heat as they are placed very close to a very hot Green Egg. My husband has placed hot and cold trays of meat on them and that too, has not been a problem. Also, will note that I’ve cleaned them with Lysol Wet Wipes and the greasy grime came off with no effort and the mats returned to their original look once they dried. Overall, I'm pleased because they’ve managed to do well next to extreme heat, they cover the rust stains on the cart so they look nice and they clean up with little effort. The only thing that would make this better for me would be if they were a little thicker and offered more sizes.

I like this I was thinking of taking a star off because they gave me a set that was different color from my order so I have 2 sets the color I ordered and 1 set a dark brown color but I thought just give them 5 for how much I like it.... my family always spill something on the table cloth so I use this as a place mat then the extras I use to protect the counter from getting scratched and it dampen the noise when you set something on the counter. Never tried baking with it though.

These placemats are quite floppy when not on a flat surface, so the easiest way to clean them is by wiping while in place. They are quite grippy so this is not a big deal. I tested them for "heat insulation" (one of the main reasons I choose this product), and they performed very poorly. I think the mistake is confusing "resists damage against extreme heat" with "insulates heat".
